Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage
This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

2. What Is Covered

  • Repair or replacement of defective components.
  • Technical support related to warranty claims.
  • Replacement of faulty units if repair is not feasible.

3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tears (e.g., filters, seals, and consumables).
  • Damage resulting from accidents, transit, unauthorized modifications, repairs, electrical short circuits, fire, earthquake, riots, or natural disasters.
  • Use of non-genuine replacement parts.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or platforms.
  • Plastic body of the product and hence must be handled with care to guard against breakage.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

1.         Contact our customer support at info@spandanllc.com with your purchase details.

2.         Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3.         Describe the issue and provide photos or videos, if applicable.

Upon approval, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process, including instructions on returning the product, if necessary. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, sickness, illness due to consumption of drinking water from any water purifier, or loss of use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. We reserve the right to improve design and specifications at any time, without any contingent obligations to prospective buyers or owners of the products previously sold. Under no circumstances, the liability of the seller exceeds the value of the product.

6. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

7. Validity
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is valid only for purchases made through authorized retailers or our official website.

8. Maintenance Requirement
To keep your warranty valid, regular maintenance of the product as per the user manual is required. We do not have any control over the maintenance and usage of water purifiers. Use only genuine replacement parts and filters provided by Spandan LLC.
